Select this option if you want the program to open (and modify) the attachment (for example, Microsoft Word document, or Microsoft Powerpoint presentation) when you click Next in the first window of the Create Interaction wizard.

Import

Select this option if you want the program to import the attachment when you click Next in the first window of the Create Interaction wizard.
